Any item may be returned within 15 days of delivery date in it's original package for a full refund minus shipping charges.

Opened packages of vacuum cleaner bags and belts may not be returned under any circumstances.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned product.  Any product sent back without a return authorization number will not be issued a credit.
